In this case, you will be charged only with the cost of returning the products.<\/p>\n\n<p>In case the order contains a print order on a product of any kind, returns will not be accepted <\/p>\n\n<p>At the time of delivery, we would ask you to carefully check if the condition of the product is good (eg broken, wrong products, etc.). If the product is opened and a serious construction problem is observed, please contact us for immediate return and replacement of the products under the terms and conditions of the law.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>RETURN PROCESS<\/p>\n<p>(A) If you are close to our physical store:  you can visit the store and, after the confirmation of the condition of the product is checked, the responsible employee will arrange a refund. (B) If you receive it by courier, the instructions are: (1) Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment. (2) Place a document within where you confirm that you did not use the product and the way you wish to resolve the financial issue if the product is deemed fit for return.
