RETURN POLICY
In case, for any reason, you wish to return the products you bought, you have the right to do so within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
It is crucial and mandatory term that the products must be in the condition in which you received them, without their packaging being unsealed and accompanied by the receipt or the sales invoice. In this case, you will be charged only with the cost of returning the products.
In case the order contains a print order on a product of any kind, returns will not be accepted
At the time of delivery, we would ask you to carefully check if the condition of the product is good (eg broken, wrong products, etc.). If the product is opened and a serious construction problem is observed, please contact us for immediate return and replacement of the products under the terms and conditions of the law.
RETURN PROCESS
(A) If you are close to our physical store: you can visit the store and, after the confirmation of the condition of the product is checked, the responsible employee will arrange a refund. (B) If you receive it by courier, the instructions are: (1) Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment. (2) Place a document within where you confirm that you did not use the product and the way you wish to resolve the financial issue if the product is deemed fit for return. (3) Send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received it, to the attention of the Returns Department.
Please note that return costs burden the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
